How to Order & Pay
Every order is placed on WhatsApp, so you can talk directly to the maker. Here's how it works from your first message to delivery.
1. Tell us what you'd like
Message us on WhatsApp with the product name, a photo from our website or Instagram, or your own idea. Include your preferred colours, quantity, any name or message, the date you need it by, and your delivery city and PIN code.
2. We confirm the details and price
We'll confirm the design, colours, size, final price, shipping charges (if any) and the expected delivery time. Nothing is booked until you agree.
3. Pay a 50% advance to start
For custom and made-to-order pieces, we ask for a 50% advance before we start. Your order is booked once the advance is received. Bulk orders also need a 50% advance.
4. Pay the balance before dispatch
When your order is ready, we'll send you a photo. The remaining balance is paid before we ship it. For ready-made pieces that are already available, full payment is taken before dispatch.
Ways to pay
- UPI — pay to our UPI ID 8882967692@ptyes using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. We also send a tap-to-pay link and QR code on WhatsApp with the exact amount.
- Secure payment link — we can send a payment link that accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, with an automatic receipt.
Please send a screenshot of your payment on WhatsApp so we can match it to your order.
Stay safe
We will only ask for payment on WhatsApp from +91 8882967692, and our only UPI ID is 8882967692@ptyes. Payment links we send always start with www.anjalicrochet.store/pay/ (or a Razorpay link). We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or UPI PIN. If you receive a payment request from any other number claiming to be us, please don't pay and let us know.
