These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Anjali Crochet Knit.
About us
This website is operated by Anjali Kumari, trading as Anjali Crochet Knit, a handmade crochet business based at 12th Avenue, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India. Phone / WhatsApp: +91 8882967692. Email: anjalicrochetknit@gmail.com.
Orders
All orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the design, price and timeline with you and received the required payment. We may decline an order if we are unable to make it or deliver it on time.
Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed individually on WhatsApp based on the design, size, quantity and customisation. Made-to-order, custom and bulk orders need a 50% advance, with the balance paid before dispatch. Ready-made pieces are paid in full before dispatch. Details are on our How to Order & Pay page.
Handmade products
Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, size and stitch from photos are natural and part of its charm. Product photos are for reference.
Custom designs
When you share a photo, character or design for a custom piece, you confirm you have the right to use it. We create our own handmade version and may not be able to reproduce designs exactly.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Safety
Crochet toys and small items may not be suitable for very young children without supervision. Please tell us the child's age when ordering so we can suggest a suitable design.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
