We ship handmade crochet orders across India from Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses across India. For customers in Greater Noida, Noida and Delhi NCR, local delivery or pickup may be possible — ask us on WhatsApp.
Making time
Most of our pieces are made to order by hand. The making time depends on the design, quantity and our current orders, and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay the advance. Custom and bulk orders take longer, so please message us early if you need your order by a particular date.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched after the balance payment is received. We ship using reliable courier services. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier. We'll share the tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, depend on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. They are included in the price we confirm with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Delays
Occasionally, courier delays can happen due to weather, festivals, strikes or other reasons beyond our control. We'll keep you updated and help follow up with the courier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned because of this, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in transit
We pack every order carefully. If your parcel arrives damaged, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video, so we can help.
